Gor Mahia consume too much Sugar at Nzoia as Bidco United end Tusker's unbeaten run

Gor Mahia suffered their fourth defeat of the season after losing 2-1 to Nzoia Sugar in a match played at Mumias Sports Complex.

Gor Mahia took the lead after twenty minutes and it was a cool finish from Samuel Onyango. After nice footwork, Onyango unleashed a shot that beat Humphrey Katasi from the left corner.

In the second half, Nzoia responded with James Kibande delivered the ball inside the danger zone and Masha capitalized on it, tapping home to draw level.

Nzoia restored their lead as Moses Mwale's long shot from outside the area beat Oluoch in goal and K'Ogalo were on the verge of losing.

Bidco United 2-1 Tusker FC

Bidco United ended Tusker FC's 12-game unbeaten streak following a 2-1 victory in the FKF Premier League clash staged at Kasarani.

Bidco United took the lead after a quarter of an hour through Stephen Waruru. The hosts had a free-kick that was floated in by Kalama and met Waruru who beat Tusker's goalkeeper Michael Wanjala.

The hosts had another attack, Oyuga had the chance to make it 2-0 but his effort hit the bar. Wanjala was well beaten but the crossbar denied Bidco from extending their lead.

Tusker drew level through Humprey Mieno with 11 minutes remaining to stoppage time. Kevin Monyi was brought down inside the penalty area and the referee pointed to the spot. Mieno stepped up and made no mistake, netting the leveler.

Humprey Mieno equalizes for Tusker from the spot after Monyi was brought down in the box. However, in the stoppage time, Batts Awita scored the winner, to heartbreak Tusker as their run of 10 unbeaten matches came to end.
