Bandari came from a goal down to secure a 1-1 draw with Nzoia Sugar in the FKF Premier League game staged at Mbaraki Sports.
Nzoia Sugar were awarded a penalty after Bandari keeper Justin Ndikumana brought down Felician Okanda inside the danger zone. Gabriel Wandera stepped up to take it and made no mistake, handing the Millers the lead.
Just before halftime, Bandari were reduced to ten men after Brian Otieno was sent off for a dangerous foul on a Nzoia player.
In the second half, Nzoia were also reduced to ten men after Ian Karani was shown a straight red card for a foul on Hassan Abdalla.
In the 71st minute, Bandari drew level and it was Namasaka Chetambe with a wonderful strike from outside the box.
Western Stima 1-0 Wazito FC
Western Stima beat Wazito FC 1-0 on Saturday thanks to Barron Oketch's goal.
Stima took the lead in the 28th minute through Barron Oketch. Rodgers Ouma had the ball before releasing Oketch on goal who made no mistake beating Wazito keeper Levis Opiyo.
AFC Leopards 1-0 Nairobi City Stars
Elsewhere, ten-man AFC Leopards beat City Stars by a solitary goal thanks to Hansel's stoppage time winner. Ingwe were playing with ten men after Kamura was sent off for a foul on Maloba.
However, in the stoppage time, Hansel gave Leopards the lead after meeting a beautifully-delivered cross inside the danger zone.
