Arsenal youngster Folarin Balogun is set to turn down a move to Bayer Leverkusen and stay at the Emirates.
Balogun's contract with Arsenal was set to expire at the end of the current season and the youngster was reported to have turned down a new deal from the north London side. However, it is now being reported manager Mikel Arteta and technical director Edut have convinced the player his future is at the Emirates.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano says Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen is offering the player an important contract but will turn down the offer to remain with the Gunners. RB Leipzig were also keep to sign the player but now is set to put pen to paper a new contract that will keep him at Arsenal until the summer of 2025.
Hector Bellerin could leave Arsenal this summer and sign for Paris Saint-Germain as Leonardo was keen to secure the services of the Spaniard one year ago but there was no agreement between the two clubs.
