Due to a calf injury, Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe will miss Saturday's Ligue 1 match against Lens, the French club announced on Friday.
After a 2-1 loss in the first leg in Paris, Mauricio Pochettino's side will return to Manchester for the second leg on Tuesday.
Mbappe, 22, returned from a thigh injury for the first leg and played the entire 90 minutes on Wednesday.
PSG's top scorer this season is the Frenchman, who has 25 league goals and eight in Europe, including a hat-trick against Barcelona at the Camp Nou.
With four games left in the season, PSG is in second place in Ligue 1, one point behind Lille.
