Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho wants to return to England.
The player was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United last summer but a deal didn’t go through as the English club felt that the money his club needed was more but the player is once again being linked with a move to Old Trafford.
In his podcast, Romano indicates that Dortmund is willing the player to leave for nothing less than €85 million but there are no clubs currently who have started any negotiation process with the club about the player.
With United’s priority being the right-wing, striker and a central defender, there is a belief that the club might go for Sancho now that Edinson Cavani has extended his stay at the club meaning that they have sorted one of their major worries.
The player’s versatility to play anywhere across the attack line is something that is said to be of interest of United with others saying that Sancho wants to prove a point to Man City that they were wrong to let him leave.
Other reports also indicate that Liverpool is also keen on the player should they lose Mohammed Salah this summer and with Sadio Mane’s form a major worry for them.
