According to a source, Hector Bellerin's representative visited with Villarreal as part of a tour of various Spanish clubs interested in signing him.
Hector Bellerin's agent recently visited at Villarreal's training headquarters to talk with club officials, according to TheAFCBell on Twitter. He's said to be on an extended tour of Spain, visiting the offices of numerous teams to express interest in Bellerin.
This isn't the first time we've heard of Villarreal's interest in Bellerin; Matteo Moretto recently claimed that Unai Emery's team is also interested in the right-back. Sevilla are also interested, according to him, and the player prefers to move to Italy or Spain.
Arsenal has told interested parties that they want £20 million for Bellerin this summer, according to CBS Sports.
Another team interested in the right-back is Atletico Madrid, who see him as a possible replacement for Kieran Trippier.
Atletico will only pursue Bellerin if they deal Trippier first, according to CBS. However, Manchester United is interested in signing the right-back, so that is a serious possibility.
Bellerin appeared in 35 games for Arsenal this season, but it's been apparent for a few months that he'll be leaving in the summer. Now all that's left is to locate the appropriate buyer.
