Norwich have reached an agreement to sign Chelsea rising star Billy Gilmour on a season-long loan deal.
The Scottish has become a regular member of the Chelsea team, but the board made the decision to allow him to develop elsewhere before returning to the club.
The 20-year-old was spotted in Norwich on Thursday and is set to undergo medicals in the coming days.

Gilmour has grown from strength to strength in his development journey and played a starring role for Scotland in their EURO 2020 tournament that ended in the group stages.
He will be under the tutelage of Daniel Farke, who was the B-Team’s manager at Borussia Dortmund when Thomas Tuchel was the first-team head coach.
