Manchester United is yet to receive any offers for Paul Pogba from French giants Paris Saint Germain.
There have been reports that PSG has enquired about Pogba and are willing to pay United's asking price but the player's wages is something that has them thinking as they have so many players on higher salaries.
The Manchester Evening News is reporting that PSG hasn’t submitted a formal offer for Pogba in spite of transfer speculation to the contrary emerging from France recently. The same tabloid claims that PSG has approached Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola for a comment but the France international’s representative hasn’t cleared up the uncertainty.
Pogba however remains relaxed about his future despite having less than 12 months left to run on his current deal at the 20-time English champions; other reports suggesting that he is open to signing a new deal at United should they buy top players this window.
The tabloid states that United has been pleased with Pogba’s professionalism over the past few seasons despite uncertainty surrounding his future.
PSG are the leading candidates to sign Pogba given that Juventus and Real Madrid are struggling financially to compete with some of the biggest clubs, according to the story.
