Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea has no plans of leaving Manchester United this summer.
There has been a lot of speculations regarding the keeper's future at Old Trafford after it was claimed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now sees Dean Henderson as his first-choice keeper at the club.
According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, De Gea will be staying put at the club as there is no team currently who is ready to pay him the amounts he is getting at Man United.
De Gea experienced the best season of his career under Jose Mourinho‘s management but the return of Henderson last season threatened his position after some errors in between the season that saw a section of the club fans criticize his performances.
United are hoping that there will be an improvement in their goalkeeping department this season after signing Raphael Varane to boost their defence.
De Gea is still expected to start United's first games of the season with Henderson currently struggling to recover from Covid-19.
De Gea had been linked with a return to Atletico Madrid with Paris Saint Germain having been muted as his other potential destination.
