Napoli has confirmed striker Victor Osimhen was discharged from the Ruesch Clinic and will be 're-evaluated in 10 to 15 days'.
The Nigerian suffered facial fractures during Napoli's first defeat of the season in the domestic league to Inter Milan after clashing of heads with Milan Skriniar.
Osimhen was operated on by a surgeon who revealed the 22-year-old required 'six plaques and 18 screws' to repair the 'devastating' damage.
"Victor Osimhen was discharged from the Ruesch Clinic this morning and returned home," the club confirmed in a statement.
"He will have a rest period of at least 10 to 15 days and then he will be re-evaluated."
Osimhen is set to be on the sidelines for at least three months and is set to miss the Africa Cup of Nations tournament that kicks off in January.
