Former Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC are reportedly looking to hire Tooro United boss Wasswa Bbosa as their next head coach according to numerous reports.
However, sources from both clubs have suggested that talks have happened but nothing conclusive has come of them.
Talks in Uganda reveal that Bbosa could make a move to Kitende with players Allan Kayiwa and goalkeeper Joel Mutakubwa who have been seen to be outstanding in this season.
Vipers will have a bitter end to their season with no silverware after losing the league to KCCA and were eliminated from the Stanbic Uganda Cup at the quarterfinal stage by finalists Proline.
In the 2017/18 season, the former champions axed Mexican coach Javier Espinoza Martinez to replace him with Kenyan Michale Ouma Nam who worked alongside Edward Golola.
Bbosa led the less fancied Tooro United to fourth place and in previous seasons at both SC Villa and Express, his teams have given the champions a run for their money.
