After their 4-1 win over Brighton and Hove Albion that secured the English Premier League crown, Manchester City players mobbed Yaya Toure as they sang famous chants during Premier League title celebrations.
City became the first club to retain their title in over a decade since Manchester United last did so in 2009. Pep Guardiola's men clinched the title with the slimmest of margins, leading Liverpool by a single point and suffered a scare as Brighton took the lead in the first half but City responded swiftly to go ahead before half time.
