AFCON 2019: Asamoah Gyan included in Ghana's provisional 29-man squad

Asamoah Gyan has been included in Ghana’s provisional 29-man squad for the Africa Cup of Nations released on Wednesday by head coach Kwesi Appiah.

The 33-year-old officially reversed his decision to retire from the team after Ghana president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo intervened. Appiah has named experienced players like John Boye, Jonathan Mensah, Christian Atsu.
