Italian apparel makers Macron has revealed the uniforms that Kenyan football team Harambee Stars will use in the 209 African Cup of Nations.
Last month, Football Kenya Federation (FKF) boss Nick Mwendwa confirmed that Stars will be using the Macron kits for the tournaments slated for Egypt this after the national team had been on Uhlsports kits since he took office.
Mwendwa, then, confirmed that one of their sponsors chipped in with €40000 (Approx Ksh 4.5M) with FKF forking out €70000 (Approx 7.9) for the same in the deal with Macron.
In the deal, for every two kits Macron makes for the national team, FKF will be getting one for free with the new apparels expected to be on sale for the fans in due course.
The Federation boss confirmed that the replicas for the new jerseys will go on sale online with fans expected to part with Ksh 3500 for one jersey.
Stars will be camping in France for 19 days from and expected to arrive in the European country on 31st May.
