Bruno Fernandes has given Manchester United hope in their chase for his services after he admitted he will speak to Sporting CP if he receives an offer he can’t refuse.
Bruno has been linked with a move to the Premier League side due to his performance last time after he needed 29 goals while providing 17 assists in the process. United will have to cough £62m) in order to sign the midfielder who insists he is not desperate to leave Sporting while suggesting he would be open to offers from other clubs.
“I know nothing, I will take the next few days to understand what is true,” Fernandes told Sport Mediaset.
“We know that newspapers sometimes have to make a show to move the market and sell. I’m calm, I’m at a big club. I don’t need to move, I’m not trying to leave. If the opportunity comes to go to a team that you can’t refuse, I’ll talk to Sporting.”
The 24-year-old’s contract with Sporting is set to expire in the summer of 2023.
