West Ham midfielder Snodgrass signs contract extension

Robert Snodgrass has signed a one-year contract extension with West Ham United keeping him until the summer of 2021.

Having joined the Hammers in January 2017 from Hull City, the midfielder went on to play 38 times for manager Manuel Pellegrini in the just-concluded season.

“I’m delighted to commit my future to this great club,” said the 31-year-old said, whose deal contains an option to extend for a further 12 months

“Sometimes you get a chance to play for that one club that’s special, going through that special time, and I believe at this moment that’s West Ham. We’re trying our best to keep progressing and moving forward.”
