West Ham United forward Marko Arnautovic has submitted a transfer request at the club.
As reported by Sky Sports Arnautovic has handed in a transfer request as he is keen to leave the Premier League side to an unnamed Chinese club which has made an offer for the striker. The 30-year-old has been keen to leave the Hammers as it was reported in January he had attracted interest from two Chinese clubs, believed to be Shangai SIPG and Guangzhou Evergrande. However, West Ham United rejected a £35m offer for the Austria international.
Instead of cashing in on Arnautovic, manager Manuel Pellegrini agreed a new £100,000-a-week four-year deal with the forward, who has scored 22 goals in 65 appearances since joining from Stoke in 2017.
