Pogba’s brother moves to Spain

Paul Pogba’s brother Mathias Pogba has signed for Spanish Fourth Division side CD Manchego on a free transfer.

The 28-year-old striker has been a free agent after leaving French 3rd division side Tours FC, where he failed to make a significant impact, appearing just 5 times.

Part of the club’s statement in unveiling the player said: "He puts us on the map, he's a killer in the box, a striker with great physique."

The Guinea international is joining the ninth club of his career after previously featuring for Sparta Rotterdam, Partick Thistle, Crawley Town FC and Pescara, among other teams.

Mathias has been a constant figure around brother Paul in games and has been one vocal player in talking about his brother's future at Man United.

Despite being an active member of the Guinea national team together with brother Florentin, he didn't receive a call up to the national team for the 2019 AFCON campaign.
