Winger Samuel Chukwueze was an inspiration for Villarreal in their final pre-season game at the weekend.
The Nigeria international scored one goal and provided an assist despite coming in as a second half substitute to help Villarreal beat Bologna 4-3.
First half ended 1-1 before Chukwueze was thrown into action at the Stadio Olimpico in Serravalle, San Marino.
The 20-year-old picked the ball from the right-hand side and ran almost the full length of the opponent’s half, dribbling past a plethora of defenders before placing the ball beyond a helpless Bologna goalkeeper with his favourite foot to the delight of his teammates.
He then provided an assist for Karl Ekambi to score the winner after Santi Cazorla's goal.
Chukwuee was impressive for Nigeria at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations where he won bronze medal.
