West Ham United are reportedly in contention to tie down Argentina international Manuel Lanzini to a new long-term contract.
Claret and Hugh and Football.London are said to be keen on handing Lanzini a new contract that will see current £35,000-a-week wages doubled.
West Ham currently have a two-year extension clause trigger in the 26-year-old's initial contract and the club is keen to have their playmaker onboard for a long while.
Lanzini has regained full fitness after he had endured a knee ligament injury and this saw him being put in the starting lineup for both the Hammers' opening fixtures.
