Zimbabwe’s Madinda Ndlovu was hospitalized after collapsing during a training session at his club Gaborone United in Botswana.
Ndlovu’s unfortunate incident on Saturday has been followed by the club confirming that the coach is recuperating well.
"Head coach, Madinda Ndlovu is responding well to treatment. Supporters are advised to give the coach space to recuperate," Gaborone United said in a statement.
"The management will keep the supporters posted," the club added.
BBC Africa further added that the 54-year Ndlovu, who is of course Peter Ndlovu’s brother, has been taken to South Africa for further medical care.
Madinda’s recent return to Botswana from Highlanders FC happened in July 2019, where is he seeking to lift his fourth league title in Botswana’s Premier League.
