Mandla Mpofu says this afternoon’s game against Bulawayo Chiefs will bring hardship and difficulty.
The two Bulawayo clubs clash in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League game at Barbourfields - with the threat of relegation a big motivating factor to win.
Bosso currently lie 13th with five points off the drop, while Amakhosi are stuck on position 17 with just a point ahead the rock bottom Yadah FC.
“It’s not going to be an easy game. It’s a derby,” Mpofu said via Soccer24.
“We are playing a team that you can take lightly at your own peril. We lost one game and beat them in the other last year,” he said.”
The Bosso coach concluded by hinting that he side will essentially play for the three points, as opposed to an entertaining game.
“It’s a team that is fighting to avoid relegation just like us. It’s a must-win for both sides. Derbies are always a problem, but at this point in time, we really need those points desperately,” concluded Mpofu.
