The mighty Kaizer Chiefs are placed at the summit of the log after a narrow 1-0 victory over Baroka FC - thanks to a Lebohang Manyama finish.
Earlier on Saturday, Orlando Pirates were in another thriller. The Buccaneers battled with Cape Town City in a 3-3 draw. Thabo Nodada and Kermit Erasmus continued with their scoring form, as well as Thshefatso Mabasa in the Pirates side.
SuperSport are winning again. Kaitano Tembo’s side defeated the hugely struggling AmaZulu 1-0 in Pretoria. Aubrey Modiba handed Matsatsantsa the winner on 40 minutes.
The desperate Stellenbosch FC are still winless. But a 2-2 draw away at Golden Arrows is a result they’ll gladly accept. Steve Komphela’s Golden Arrows have some worries. Abafan Bes’thende have not won any football match in four games.
Peter Shalulile and Mothobi Mvala helped Highlands Park to a 2-0 win over Polokwane City. Luc Eymael started his new life in Thohoyandou with a win. Lidoda Duvha grabbed a 1-0 victory over Bloemfontein Celtic - thanks to a Mwape Musonda hit.
Maritzburg United finally got their first win of the season, meaning Chippa United and Stellenbosch are two of the only winless sides in Mzansi.
