Russian Premier League club cleared to sign two Nigerian teenagers

Russian Premier League club PFC Sochi have acquired the services of two Nigerian teenagers, a month after the European summer transfer window closed. 

According to the Russian Football Union (RFU), the club was given the clearances to sign players Philip Orite Ipole and Muhammad Yusuf outside of the window and the RFU confirmed on their official website.

The Nigerian teenagers are set to make their official debuts for PFC Sochi when the latter take on Krylya Sovetov on Saturday, October 5 in the Russian Premier League. 

The game which is one of the game week twelve fixtures in the RPL will take place at the Olimpiyskiy Stadion Fisht (Sochi).

Yusuf is a 19-year-old midfielder while Ipole is 18 years and also plays as a midfielder.

PFC Sochi were established on June 6, 2018 and are currently 10th on the RPL table with 12 points from 11 matches played this season.

Olabiran Muyiwa, Mohammed Usman (both Tambov), Brian Idowu ( Lokomotiv Moscow) and Sylvester Igboun (Dinamo Moscow) also represent Russian Premier League clubs.
