Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos is determined to succeed at Real Madrid despite his loan move to the North London club this season.
Ceballos has been one key figure in the Arsenal midfield this season and despite many fans urging him to ink a permanent deal at the club, his ambition is to make an impact at his parent club next season.
Speaking to Radio Marca (via Metro) the midfielder said: “My words were misunderstood. When I do not play, I don’t enjoy myself. It was a good time to go out on loan. With Emery’s confidence, I may have a chance of going to the Euros.
“I never thought of leaving permanently. My goal is to succeed at Real Madrid. I’m going to fight to fulfil my dream.”
Reports claim that the midfielder does not want to cut ties with Real Madrid as Arsenal isn’t sure if coach Emery will be at Arsenal for a longer period and the uncertainty about Zidane’s future at Madrid is always a worry; all these leaving the midfielder with no option but be open to any situation.
