Harambee Stars probable starting line up against Mozambique

Harambee Stars take on Mozambique in an International Friendly on Sunday 12th October at the MISC Kasarani in a 4 PM kick-off, here is our predicted line up for the clash.

Kenya have a handful of absentees after Ayub Timbe, Eric Johanna, Johanna Omolo, Ismael Gonzalez and Masud Juma all missed the squad due to injuries. Stars will, however, welcome the return of Joseph Okumu and Victor Wanyama to the squad after missing the last clash against Uganda.

Shikalo is likely to displace Matasi in between the sticks with Joseph Okumu and Joash Onyango partnering at the heart of defense. Skipper Wanyama will slot in the middle of the pack alongside Kenneth Muguna and Lawrence Juma.

Michael Olunga will lead the line against Mozambique hoping to get his first international goal since scoring against Tanzania at the African Cup of Nations.

Starting XI: Farouk Shikalo, Samuel Olwande, Joseph Okumu, Joash Onyango, Eric Ouma, Lawrence Juma, Victor Wanyama, Kenneth Muguna, Michael Olunga, Cliff Nyakeya, Clifton Miheso

Subs: Patrick Matasi, Harun Shakava, Jesse Were, Anthony Akumu, Yusuf Mainge, Enosh Ochieng, Bernard Ochieng.
