Ahead of Manchester United's crunch time Premier League clash against fierce rivals Liverpool on Sunday 20th October, Sir Alex Ferguson was spotted at Carrington.
United have been poor in their recent fixtures, a run that has left them 12th on the log and two points above relegation places. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been under fire following United's worst start to an English Premier League campaign with reports indicating that he could resign should the poor form continue.
Ferguson was pictured in conversation with Solskjaer and coach Michael Carrick while watching Manchester United's U18 side come from behind to draw 1-1 with Middlesbrough. The United squad were pictured arriving at the training ground early on Saturday morning for a final light training session ahead of the clash.
Ferguson managed United 64 times against Liverpool - winning 29, drawing 14 and losing 21.
