Ahead of Arsenal's clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Granit Xhaka has used his captain's notes in the matchday programme to back up his statement during the week.
Xhaka reacted angrily after he was booed off following his substitution in the 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace last weekend.
Fans were divided on Xhaka's statement during the week regarding the incident, in which he claimed that threats had been made to his wife and daughter.
In his captain's column in the matchday programme, Xhaka simply wrote: "In these notes, I hope you will respect that I just wish to repeat the message which I posted on Instagram on Thursday."
Xhaka was again omitted from the matchday squad against Wolves after missing the midweek thriller against Liverpool with fans calling for Unai Emery to strip him from him his captaincy role.
