Chadian referee to oversee Harambee Stars vs Togo clash

Ahead of Harambee Stars 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Togo, CAF has appointed Alhadi Allaou Mahamat from Chad as the Center Referee.

Mahamat will be assisted by his compatriots Issa Yaya (First Assistant Referee), Moussa Hafiz (Second Assistant Referee), and Pousri Armi Alfred (Fourth Official).

Joseph Nkola from Zambia will serve as the Match Commissioner while Jean-Claude Labrosse from Seychelles will be the Referee Assessor.

Alhadi Allaou has already refereed in Kenya having been appointed the center-referee in the CAF Confederations Cup clash between Bandari and US Ben Guerdane.

The match is slated for Monday, November 18, 2019, at the MISC Kasarani, in a 7 PM kick-off.
