Ghanaian winger Frank Acheampong is celebrating another milestone in the Chinese Super League after finishing the season as Tianjin Teda's top assist.
Acheampong completed his second season with the Tianjin Teda where he featured in all 30 league games, scoring nine goals and providing nine assists respectively.
The Chinese Super League side finished seventh on the log which is believed to be the club's best finish in more than five seasons.
The 26-year-old featured in two Africa Cup of Nations tournaments (2015 and 2017) with the Ghana national team and bronze medal winner at the 2013 FIFA under 20 World Cup in Turkey.
He scored a record of 17 goals in his first season for Tianjin Teda which inspired the club to avoid relegation.
Acheampong's consistent performances earned him a contract extension until December 2021 after he initially joined the side on a six months loan from Belgian First Division A side Anderlecht.
