Highlanders FC got crowned the Chibuku Super Cup champions after defeating Ngezi Platinum 1-0 on Saturday in Barbourfields.
Without surprise, Bosso’s starman Prince Dube scored a stunning strike, although debatable, to hand Highlanders their first trophy in five years.
With just seconds from the half-time whistle, Dube surprised everyone in the stadium with a stinging long range shot that hit woodwork before it bounced outside the goal line. Ngezi protested the goal as they felt the ball didn’t cross the line but the referee turned them down.

The result also ensured that Bosso will fly the Zimbabwe flag in the 2020/21 CAF Confederation Cup.
