Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has lauded his team's attacking play following their 4-0 thumping of Norwich City on Saturday evening.
The Red Devils were at their ruthless best while dispatching the Canaries at Old Trafford, with all of the club's three forwards on the scoresheet.
Marcus Rashford gave United the lead going into the break, before adding another from the spot in addition to Antony Martial and Mason Greenwood's goals in the second half.
Speaking after the win, Solskjaer further picked out David de Gea, Juan Mata and Andreas Pereira for praise following their performance.
“You expect him to hit the target. It was a great goal and I’m delighted I’ve got three center-forwards scoring today," Solskjaer said.
“I'm very happy. We started on the front foot. When you can walk off, and I am sure the opposition are talking about Man United as a very hard-working team, that is what I want from my team
“In any Premier League game, you have to take advantage of the pressure and domination you get. The second half was very good.
““ thought Andreas [Pereira] started off really, really well for us. Anthony [Martial] with his chasing, Juan [Mata]'s quality showed, so I'm really pleased with the whole performance. Every time we lost the ball, you saw Anthony, Juan, Andy, they’re all chasing after the ball," he added.
The win saw United keep pace with the leading pack in the race for a top-four spot, and are five points behind fourth-placed Chelsea FC who saw off Burnley 3-0.
