Championship side Charlton could sign Paul Pogba's brother Florentin this month on a free.
According to South London Press, Florentin who is a free agent after leaving MLS side Atlanta United has been training with Charlton’s U23 side with the club said to have been impressed by his output.
Despite not confirming if he would sign Pogba, Charlton manager Lee Bowyer said he was willing to bring news players in this month.
“We're all working hard to make deals happen. We all recognize that we need players in because we are two down on our loans.
“I was sitting at home yesterday and we're all on the phone. We're trying but it is difficult in January, whatever way you want to look at it, it's tough,” Bowyer said.
29-year-old Florentin comes with a bag of experience after playing for French clubs Sedan-Ardennes and Saint-Etienne and has also had a brief spell at Turkish Super Lig side Genclerbirligi.
He made 22 appearances in all competitions for Atlanta and has recorded 21 caps for Guinea where he was recalled by new head coach Didier Six after being in the cold in the previous regime of Paul Put.
