It's Wednesday afternoon and we have some local action on offer. The NPFL will host respective home games for Enugu Rangers International as well as Enyimba FC.
The Flying Antelopes are completely misplaced on 17th position but it’s largely down to the giants’ four games in hand.
Enyimba, now proud CAF Confederation Cup last eight finalists, consequently have four games in hand but nevertheless lie on a decent ninth place.
ENUGU RANGERS VS KANO PILLARS (17:00)
- Rangers have only been beaten once in five games, but will be concerned about scoring twice in the past three games.
- Visitors Pillars are not really losing any games either. Kano is placed eight with only one loss in five outings.
ENYIMBA FC VS KWARA UNITED (17:00)
- The Peoples’ Elephant last lost a league game at Ifeanyi Ubah on 19 January. Enyimba responded with four straight wins where they scored 10 goals and conceded two.
- Today’s visitors Kwara could do with some confidence to earn their winning drought. With only one win in the last five, a win today at the champions could be a major turnaround.
