Chelsea will be sweating on the fitness of Willian and Mateo Kovacic, who both limped off the club's FA Cup tie against Liverpool on Tuesday night.
The duo was instrumental in the Blues' 2-0 win that saw them reach the quarter-finals of the competition but were forced off with Achilles issues.
"Both have got Achilles issues," he said after the match at Stamford Bridge.
"Willian hopefully isn’t too bad, that’s what he’s reporting. We’ll see tomorrow. Kovacic feels slightly worse, but hopefully not too drastic. We’ll see," he added.
"We’ll have to have a bit of a count on Thursday, as they’re off tomorrow. We’ll see where we’re at in terms of midfield players
"Sometimes you can moan about injuries, and I have, but the reality is you have to keep fighting and go with it, and when the players show the spirit they have tonight you hope it gives them strength as a group to keep moving forward," he added.
Lampard had five other injuries to contend going into Liverpool clash, with Tammy Abraham, N'Golo Kante, Christian Pulisic, Callum Hudson-Odoi, and Andreas Christensen all ruled out.
Kovacic's absence, in particular, might be a major concern for Lampard, considering Jorginho will miss two Premier League matches and the Champions League return tie against Bayern Munich due to suspensions.
