Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly expressed their interest in Manchester City defender Tosin Adarabioyo who enjoyed an impressive loan spell at West Bromwich Albion last season.
According to 90min reports, approximately seven teams are keen to sign Adarabioyo as City are believed to have given him the go-ahead to join a club of his choice in the upcoming transfer window.
Burnley, Leicester City, Everton, Newcastle United, Southampton and English Championship side Leeds are reportedly in the race to snap up the 22-year-old.
Adarabioyo joined The Citizens when he was five-years-old which led to him spending 17 years at the club and played a key role in the club's youth set up.
Manchester City are set to put a price tag of £20million for the Manchester-born defender and if reports are anything to go by, the youngster will be back in the Premier League fold.
Former West Brom boss Darren Moore previously said of the player to the Birmingham Mail in November 2018: “For one so young, he’s mature. He’s got a size and a stature, a great understanding of the game and a wonderful temperament.
“There’s no mental or physical step for him coming here. The boy has a desire and a thirst for the game. He’s shown versatility, adaptability and an understanding of the game.
"He’s got a determination to go to the very highest level.”
