Former Harambee Stars coach Migne stuck in Equatorial Guinea

Former Harambee Stars coach Sebastien Migne has launched a mouthful rant after he was unable to leave Equatorial Guinea in the wake of the coronavirus crisis.

The newly appointed Equatorial Guinea tactician was ready to leave the West African nation after France launched an initiative to repatriate its nationals stuck in foreign countries due to the virus outbreak.

Migne had also hoped to see his family based in Kenya benefit from the offer and return home.

“I am stuck here, like many French people abroad. And unfortunately, there is no longer an air evacuation. My family is stranded in Kenya. In short, it's a beautiful s**t," he told France Football.

He hoped that France will dispatch a plane to the region and evacuate its citizens who are stuck there.

"It would be nice if things moved quickly for us in this region including Cameroon and Congo. They should send a plane to collect us and bring us back home. The situation is a little worrying," he added.

Migne took Harambee Stars to the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt before quitting the role in August last year.
