Manchester United target Bellingham makes a donation to Kenyan charity

Manchester United target Jude Bellingham, in partnership with Mustard Seed Project, has made a donation to a football team in Mombasa, Kenya.

The 16-yeard-old who is believed to be on a £145 a week salary is a subject of a transfer with a chunk of big teams in Europe already scrambling for his signature.

The Project (founded by husband and wife Geoff and Rita Fowler) provides education for children from poor families in Mombasa.

"His father Mark works with my daughter and she was talking to him about the charity. Mark mentioned it to Jude and he showed no hesitation wanting to come on board. He's such a lovely guy and he's so interested.

"He's so kind and caring. I can't speak highly of him," Rita told the Sunsport.

According to the Sun, the project has spent the past eleven years building a school for 275 children.

They have also spent the last ten years supporting the Mgongeni community football team by paying their league fees and bus fares to away games.

The player who is considered as one of the best English prospects since Wayne Rooney had a tour of United's ground last month with the English giants having expressed an interest.

Other clubs interested in him are Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea.
