Sebastien Migne threatens to take FKF to FIFA

Immediate former Harambee Stars manager Sebastien Migne has threatened to take the Football Kenya Federation to FIFA.

Migne in an interview with Switch Tv from his France base admitted that FKF still owes him some dues with the amount including leading Kenya to the 2019 African Cup of Nations.

“No, it's a process they told me. Soon, I will go to FIFA because if I have no choice. I left time for FKF to regularize everything and if there is nothing, I will go to FIFA," Migne said.

The Frenchman further admitted that they had not been paid their AFCON bonuses after beating Tanzania in their group stage match.

“It’s true that the players and all my staff were not paid the bonuses for our win,” he added.

Migne claims come on a back of another case involving former coach Adel Amrouche who is set to paid KES 100M by the federation for unlawful dismissal.

His claims, however, might be challenged as in a previous interview, the Federation boss Mr Nick Mwedwa said they had agreed on a compensation plan with the coach something that was believed could have taken a bit of time.

Apart from Migne and Amrouche, FKF is said to have paid former boss Bobby Williamson a total of 500,000 dollars to help settle his medical bills.

Migne who was appointed as the national team coach on May 2018, has since been replaced by his assistant Francis Kimanzi.
