Augsburg Shredded a hapless Schalke 04 3-0 on Sunday to pile more pressure on coach David Wagner.
The home loss was their fourth in the last five matches, and it pushed them down on the standings to eighth on 37 points.
It was Augsburg's first victory after four straight losses, and they moved to 12th on 30 points and boost their survival chances.

Eduard Loweno opened the scoring with a wonderful free-kick from 23 metres in the sixth minute, before Noah Sareneren tapped in from close range for a 2-0 lead in the 76th minute.
Sergio Cordova then wrapped it up with a third in stoppage time to leave Veltins Arena with maximum points.
