Rangers continue to be linked with goalkeepers and the latest name to emerge on their radar is that of Sunderland's Jon McLaughlin.
According to Football Insider, Rangers are looking to secure a deal for McLaughlin who has been impressive for Sunderland this season.
However, it won't come easy as the Black Cats are pushing to keep the 32-year-old and the Ibrox outfit would need to offer him a tempting deal.
Rangers, on the other hand, are looking for a replacement for 38-year-old Allan McGregor who will eventually be leaving the club.
McLaughlin could potentially agree to a move away from Sunderland in order to challenge himself at a bigger club and Rangers could fit the bill for the Scottish shot-stopper.
McLaughlin has made 35 appearances across all competitions for Sunderland and conceded 31 goals in the process.
