Everton is looking to lure Manchester United outcast Diogo Dalot to Goodison Park.
Carlo Ancelotti is looking for a long term replacement for Seamus Coleman and sees Dalot as a player who can fill that role according to the Mirror.
The Catalans were keen to sign Dalot back in 2018 when he was on the books at Porto but were outbid by United, who paid £19 million to secure his signature.
The Portugal Under-21 full-back is out of favour at United and missed the club’s last outing against LASK in the UEFA Europa League; rumours rife that he might be one of the players put on the market as United seek to get money to fund their transfers.
Everton could get the player for £10million and his versatility also appeals to manager Carlo Ancelotti as he could cover for Lucas Digne at left-back, as well as play in midfield or as a wing-back.
Apart from Everton, the player who has made just 11 appearances in all competitions this season for United been linked with a move to Barcelona.
So many people have chatted shit about Dalot, as soon as I pull up this graph I don’t get a response. Just shows the agendas people have against certain players😂😂 pic.twitter.com/JThBhFtTfd— Ron🇵🇹🇸🇦 (@RonLUHM) August 4, 2020
