According to reports, Chelsea will not give striker Tammy Abraham a new contract when his current one runs out.
This is because Blues boss Frank Lampard is not convinced of the youngster's growth and development, despite his good start at the beginning of the season.
While the academy graduate has netted 17 times this season, just three of those strikes have been recorded since the turn of the year.
According to Football Insider, his lack of productivity in the final third may lead to the Blues being prepared to sell the England international.
Although the 22-year-old has a contract until 2023, it is suggested that Lampard may make a move for another high-profile striker during the summer transfer window.
Timo Werner has already been brought in to compete with Abraham and Olivier Giroud, while Michy Batshuayi is said to be on his way out of the club.
