Swansea City forward Andre Ayew has attracted the interest of West Brom

English Premier League side West Bromwich Albion are reportedly considering a move for Ghana international Andre Ayew according to Football Ghana reports.

According to reports, Swansea City could potentially offload Ayew due to his high wages that the club can't handle at this rate for a Championship club.

The 30-year-old has been on top form for the Swans not forgetting his goalscoring abilities; last season alone he registered 18 goals and seven assists in 47 appearances across all competitions.

The former West Ham United player has since scored one goal and provided one assist in Swansea's two opening fixtures of the 2020/21 season.

Earlier in the week, Ayew was named in the EFL Team of the Week for his impressive displays in the side's 2-0 victory over Wycombe Wanderers.

The Black Stars captain has been capped 86 times for his native country since his debut in August 2017 while adding 15 goals to his international resume.
