Tottenham have confirmed the signing of Swansea City defender Joe Rodon in a domestic deadline day transfer deal.
The Championship side has been holding out for up to £15million for the Wales international, after manager Steve Cooper made it clear the Swans would not budge on price.
However, negotiations continued up to the wire on Friday before the two clubs finally found an agreement, with Spurs paying £11million upfront before add-ons.
The Welsh international central defender has joined Jose Mourinho's side on a contract until 2025 and will wear the number 14 shirt.
Joe, who turns 23 next week, has featured five times for Swansea so far in 2020/21 and started all three of Wales’ matches during the international break against England, Republic of Ireland, and Bulgaria to take his tally of caps to seven.
