Zimbabwe held Algeria to a 2-2 draw in the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers at the National Sport Stadium on Monday afternoon.
Montpellier striker Andy Delort opened the scoreline in the 34th minute for Algeria to take the lead before Manchester City's Riyad Mahrez responded in quick succession in the 38th minute.
Eupen forward Knowledge Musona pulled one back for Zimbabwe before the halftime even though the Desert Foxes went into the break with leading by two goals.
Both sides went into second half trying to create the best chances they can on either end but it was Azam FC striker Prince Dube who scored the equaliser for the hosts after 82 minutes of action.
