Former Barcelona star Nelson Semedo has remembered Lionel Messi as a mysterious genius, especially on freekick set-pieces.
The current Wolves right-back spent three seasons at Nou Camp, where he won two La Liga titles. But the Portgeuse international also experienced one or two special things at the training grounding.
"Wow. I really don't have many words that can describe how good he is," Semedo told the Daily Telegraph.
"You know what makes him even more amazing? I never once saw him take a free-kick in training, in all of the time I was there. I swear he never did!
"We always used to practise shooting from distance, but Messi never took a free-kick. For him, it was just natural,” concluded the 27-year-old.
Up next for the second-placed Barca is the visit of Sevilla in a league game on Wednesday.
