Ajax Amsterdam star Ryan Gravenberch is expected to become one of the best central midfielders in world football.
The 18-year-old Dutchman, who has made 33 appearances this season for Ajax, is ranked 7th in NXGN’s Top 20 youngsters to take football by storm as the next generation.
“Physically, I see Frank in him from back in the day because he’s tall and very strong,” former Ajax academy coach Brian Tevreden said via Goal.
“But technically, I would say he’s a better version of Pogba in his best days at Juventus, in terms of his technique and his presence on the pitch.
“He’s very dominant like Pogba was, and that’s what I see in Ryan,” Tevreden concluded.
Meanwhile, the real Pogba will be in action for France in a World Cup Qualifier this weekend.
