Super-agent Jorge Mendes has reportedly offered Tottenham Hotspur a chance to sign Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo.
Spurs are in the market for a manager to replace Jose Mourinho who was sacked last week after a disappointing season, which has left them likely to miss out on the Champions League next season.
While Spurs' main target was on manager Julian Naglesman, the German has agreed to coach Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich as from next season with another target in Brendan Rodgers committing his future to Premier League rivals Leicester.
According to The Sun, Mendes has made contact over a potential appointment of Santo with the agent said to be keen on bringing fellow client Bruno Lage (Benfica coach) to the Premier League to replace Nuno at Molineux.
Nuno, who led Wolves back to the Premier League in 2017-18, only recently signed a new contract until 2023 but it is said that he is targeting a bigger club competing in European football regularly.
The same reports claim that the Portuguese were 'close' to replacing Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta when his future was in the balance before Christmas.
