Chelsea have confirmed Fikayo Tomori has signed for AC Milan on a permanent deal.
The 23-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at the Italian giants, impressing for Stefano Pioli's side as they qualified for the Champions League.

Tomori played 22 games for Milan, scoring once as they reached the last 16 of the Europa League and and the Coppa Italia quarter finals.
Prior to his move to Italy, Tomori enjoyed success with Chelsea's youth teams, having been at the club since he was eight years.
In total, he made 27 first-team appearances for the club, scoring two senior goals.
